Uncle Ash

We got to spend some good quality time with Uncle Ash and Aunt Afton over Christmas. It was so great to see them and the girls were both so happy to play with them, snuggle with them, and get tickled by them. It makes me so happy that my girls love their Uncle and Aunt so much.

Playing

The girls are getting to the age where they can play together. Here they are on the floor at Nana's house on Christmas day playing with some of Hayden's new toys. It just melts my heart.

Baby Doll

Anabelle got her very first baby doll for Christmas this year from Nana. It came with a diaper, onesie, a hat, and a towel so it can take a bath. She loves it! Thanks Nana!

Reindeer Food

Hayden's class made reindeer food. It had glitter in it so that the reindeer could see it shine from the sky and it had oats in it so they could smell it. We took it with us to Wyoming and she was so excited to sprinkle it in the snow at Oma and Opa's house.

I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas

We zipped off to Wyoming to visit Savannah's side of the family for Christmas. On the day we arrived a big snow storm was just wrapping up so we were able to have a white Christmas for the first time in a long time.

Like any holiday, there was an ample amount of food, and it was really great to simply sit and relax for several days. We were also able to see some of Savannah's high school friends as well which was nice.

And while Ellie doesn't quite get Christmas yet, it is fascinating to watch through Hayden's eyes as she soaks every bit of it in. From the presents, to Santa, to the Chistmas cookies and treats, she is sold on the holiday (ok maybe so am I with all of those).

Thanks to Oma, Opa, Pop, Susan, Nana, and Uncle Mark for being such great hosts while we were there. We are lucky to have such a great family.

Christmas

Cookie Makin'!

Hayden helped me make 140 pretzel turtles for Christmas. She stood up at the counter with me and patiently unwrapped all of the Rolos and put them on top of the pretzels. I had such a fun afternoon baking with her and she also looked so stinking' cute in her mini apron from Great Aunt Shelley.

Rock and Roll!!

I crack up every time I look at this picture. Ellie looks like such a little rock star with that sassy face and awesome Chuck Taylor's.

Sweet Cheeks

I just love this girl's face. Big eyes, round cheeks, full lips. Such a sweet face.

Riding the Range

The WebPT holiday party was western themed this year, as we held it at Rustler's Rooste. We had a great time as everyone was to wear cowboy stuff. Matty bought cowboy boots at Goodwill about an hour before the event and borrowed a cowboy hat from Mike Coy to complete the outfit. Savannah, being from Wyoming, had no problem looking like a super cute cowgirl. It was a great night for all.
